14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in good condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal may inspect and handle the product as they would in a physical store to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and then purchase the new item separately once your return is accepted.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

You may inspect and handle the product as you would in a physical store to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund. If necessary, we will contact you if there are any issues with your return.

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
